Terms of Service.

9-Hub operates under two distinct models based on your geographical location:

• Direct Mode (International): For users in permitted jurisdictions (LatAm, Asia, etc.), 9-Hub provides a peer-to-peer poker platform using direct cryptocurrency (USDT).
• Sweepstakes Mode (US & UK): For users in the United States and the United Kingdom, 9-Hub operates as a social sweepstakes platform. No purchase is necessary to participate.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Users from Washington State (US), Idaho (US), and other territories where online social gaming is restricted are prohibited from using the platform.

• Gold Coins (GC): Virtual currency for social play only. GC has no real-world value and cannot be redeemed.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional entries gifted with GC purchases or via free entry methods. SC can be used to participate in games and, if won, can be redeemed for USDT at a rate of 1 SC = 1 USDT.
• No Purchase Necessary (NPN): Users may request free Sweeps Coins via a daily login bonus or by following the "Alternative Method of Entry" (AMOE) instructions found in our full Sweepstakes Policy (mail-in requests).

• Identity: 9-Hub uses Web3 wallet authentication. Users are responsible for the security of their private keys and wallets.
• Verified PFPs: To use a profile picture, users must verify ownership of an NFT in their connected wallet. If the NFT is transferred or sold, the profile picture will be automatically removed.

• Users must adhere to our community guidelines.
• Harassment, hate speech, or spamming is strictly prohibited.
• 9-Hub reserves the right to mute or ban users (via moderators) who violate these rules.

Cryptocurrency and gaming involve risk. 9-Hub is not responsible for losses resulting from gameplay, market volatility, or unauthorized wallet access.
