- Wallet Address: We collect your public wallet address to facilitate gameplay and transactions.
- Location Data: We use IP-based geo-fencing to determine your eligibility and the applicable legal model (Direct vs. Sweepstakes).
- Profile Data: Display names, bios, and NFT metadata associated with your profile.
- KYC Information: For users in US/UK or those requesting high-value redemptions, we collect government-issued ID and liveness checks via third-party providers (e.g., Sumsub).
2. How We Use Information
- To facilitate real-time poker matches via WebSockets.
- To ensure legal compliance with regional gambling and sweepstakes laws.
- To manage the table chat system and moderation logs.
3. Data Retention
- Chat Logs: Retained for the duration of a table session and stored temporarily in Redis.
- Transaction History: Stored permanently on-chain and in our Postgres database for audit purposes.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers necessary for operations:
- Sumsub/Onfido: For identity verification.
- Alchemy/Moralis: For NFT ownership verification.
- Upstash/Supabase: For secure data storage and caching.
